Liberty Union has announced it’s policy on the legalization of Marijuana
and calls for a statewide binding referendum for voters to decide the
question.
The Liberty Union Party position is that the consumption, possession,
production, and distribution of marijuana be LEGAL and recommends the
adoption of a voluntary grading system for growers and consumers. The
foregoing is consistent with the Liberty Union policy adopted in 1988.
