Resolution to insure and protect the right to express dissent through non-violent means of expression and assembly in the State of Vermont:
Be it Resolved by the Legislature of the State of Vermont that all people have the right to freedom of expression and dissent through non-violent means of expression and assembly and that this right be insured and protected by the State of Vermont.
